Based in the UK the Company sells its products in 74 countries to a network of some 250 direct distributors, retailers and distributors.
Since inception, its products have been installed in well in excess of 150,000 swimming pools, spas and aquatics around the world

Sales have been on an upward trajectory for the last five years and in the 2022-23 financial reached just over £9m turnover with a £2.771m Adjusted EBITDA and for
2023-2024 the projected Adjusted EBITDA is £2.989m.
The Net Asset Value at completion will be £4. 65m. Any movement away from this target NAV figure in the final balance sheet will be added to or subtracted from the final sale price on a £ for £ basis.

The Company manufactures and sells throughout the world swimming pool, spas and aquatics’ heating equipment and disinfection. Its products can be broken down into four primary categories: disinfection, electric heaters, heat exchangers, and solar (heating). It sells its products both directly to retailers and builders and through an international network of distributors.
