This is an exciting opportunity to operate your own contractors’ referral service in an exclusive area -- a business with minimal overhead and no inventory to stock. This proposed national referral service will bridge the gap in the home maintenance industry and will establish a program to provide homeowners with referrals for reliable and pre-approved home maintenance specialists. This service is free for homeowners, deriving revenue from the participating members, and driving new business to them. Operating groups are available nationwide, with the cost varying based on the size of the territory. Owner will be supported via a national web site as well as future TV advertising.
As an operating group owner, you will be trained in creating your network of local home repair and maintenance providers, supplying these providers with your flyers. When providers make service calls to homeowners, they leave your flyer. This flyer provides a list of the trade categories for which your operating group can refer service providers. When the homeowner needs a service in any of these categories, they call your toll-free number, and provide the member code # on the flyer. That is how you know which service provider left the flyer with the homeowner. When the homeowner then hires one of the trade specialists in your network, that specialist pays a commission to the operating group owner. The owner shares that commission with both the field employee who left the flyer as well as the company that employee works for.
